# Originality and Claim-Boundary Review

## Original contribution

This article's original operator framework is the work-assignment episode: a time-bounded ownership record separated from work-state and service-clock histories. The companion register, reconciliation test and delay-attribution checklist were written specifically for this package.

## Duplicate boundary

The article is distinct from recent packages about duplicate maintenance trackers, vendor-identity bridges, invoice acceptance, priority normalization, duplicate incident tickets and occupancy episodes. It does not reuse those titles, theses, fictional scenarios, structures or tools. The current public-corpus audit is stored in `public-corpus-body-audit.json`.

## Fiction boundary

WO-1848, Cedar Row Storage, Northline Controls and every identifier, timestamp and workflow event in the scenario and CSV are explicitly fictional. They do not represent a customer, deployment, vendor relationship or performance result.

## Claim boundary

- No customer, deployment, product, partnership, certification, adoption, revenue, occupancy effect, performance result, award or recognition is claimed.
- W3C PROV-DM informs the provenance vocabulary but is not presented as a self-storage requirement.
- NIST SP 800-92 is used only as authoritative background on deliberate event logging; it is not presented as a facilities-work-order mandate.
- RFC 3339 informs timestamp representation only; it does not determine responsibility or service-clock policy.
- Service-clock and owner-delay rules in the article are operator-designed controls, not legal conclusions or universal standards.

## Rights boundary

The article, checklist, template and fictional dataset are original work for Jared Mastroianni's owned publication program. The governed image is disclosed as AI-generated editorial art from his approved library. No third-party prose or image is reproduced.
