# Originality and claim-boundary review

## Slot and destination

- The date is September 13, 2026 in America/New_York. Morning and midday packages existed; the evening AI-architecture directory was absent at initial inspection and the slot was open.
- The morning article, *When the Fire Alarm Sounds*, governs evacuation, accounting and authority-based re-entry. The midday article, *When Unit 214 Becomes Two*, governs unit-identity cutover. This article governs the aggregate amount of operational consequence an AI agent may create before fresh review.
- The assigned destination is Jared Mastroianni's personal authority site only. The modSTORAGE WordPress blog must reject the same article, title, slug, fictional Copperline example and AI Consequence Budget Register as a duplicate.

## Duplicate screen

- Authority Control Room commit `7da5d576cfc959eea446026cf949342a96119ebb` was read without mutation: 46 editorial-calendar records, 372 submission records, 75 editorial/media records and 357 published-asset records.
- The current Jared sitemap returned HTTP 200 with 70 `loc` entries. The modSTORAGE post sitemap returned HTTP 200 with 140 `loc` entries; article and image locations can both appear in that count. The modSTORAGE feed returned HTTP 200.
- The selected Jared canonical and excluded modSTORAGE path both returned HTTP 404. The exact WordPress slug API returned HTTP 200 with an empty array.
- Exact web searches found no matching title, slug or practical-tool name. Local searches outside this package found no use of the title, slug, fictional Copperline Storage identity or AI Consequence Budget Register.
- Active, assigned, submitted, accepted, scheduled and prepared work was screened. The closest governed pieces are the pre-execution gate, facility change-impact graph, command-arbitration layer, compensation contract, priority-queue audit and automation-SLO article. None uses this article's permission-versus-scale thesis, nested consequence limits, reservation/consumption ledger, unknown-capacity rule, fictional Copperline exercise or 41-field tool.

## Text originality

- A bounded 4,989-file Markdown corpus across the governed editorial workspace and `/Users/jared/Documents/msu` was screened, excluding this package, dependency folders, Git data, builds, renders and generated distribution directories.
- Forty-three normalized body sentences of at least 14 words produced zero exact matches.
- The article produced 1,923 unique six-word shingles. The maximum overlap with one screened file was three shingles, or 0.156006%, in `work/editorial-cycle-004/article.md`. The overlap is routine operating language, not a duplicated title, thesis, structure, example or tool.

## Claim and rights boundary

- Copperline Storage, all 12 facilities, every role, system, record, policy, budget, time, task, receipt and result are explicitly fictional teaching material.
- The article proposes an architecture. It makes no claim about a real customer, operator, facility, employee, account, platform, product, provider behavior, feature, deployment, action, message, performance result, revenue, occupancy, adoption, certification, award, coverage or recognition.
- AI RMF 1.0 is voluntary and under revision. NIST AI 600-1 is a voluntary cross-sector profile. NIST AI 800-4 describes monitoring challenges and open questions rather than settled best practices. NIST SP 800-53 is a flexible federal control catalog. Kubernetes quota documentation applies to infrastructure resources. RFC 6585 defines HTTP request-throttling behavior. None defines a self-storage consequence budget, approves this architecture or certifies a product.
- Image 057 is a byte-identical 3,840 × 2,560 copy of the governed image used in the August 31 evening package. It remains labeled Jared-owned AI-generated editorial material and was visually inspected. It is contextual imagery, not documentary or author-profile evidence. The rejected black-turtleneck portrait was not used.
- Editorial assistance remains disclosed. No claim is made that Jared personally approved, handed off, submitted or published this package.

## State boundary

The package is publication-ready locally and assigned only to Jared's personal authority site. No publisher handoff, repository change, CMS object, deployment, public canonical, sitemap/feed inclusion, search submission, crawling, indexing, ranking, independent coverage or recognition occurred.
