# Final editorial QA and scored review — September 21 evening AI architecture

## Identity, destination and state

- Title: **The Decision Waited. The Facility Changed.**
- Exact writer count: **1,973 whitespace-delimited words**, including title, deck, byline and headings and excluding four endnote definitions. Command: `awk '/^\[\^1\]:/{exit} {print}' article.md | wc -w`.
- Sole selected destination: Master Personal Site Authority at proposed `https://jaredmodstorage.github.io/writing/revalidate-pending-ai-work-self-storage/` (HTTP 404 at final preflight).
- Master modBLOG is the non-selected publisher and must reject this full article/tool as a duplicate. Its separate proposed slug also returned HTTP 404, but no handoff is authorized there.
- State at scoring: complete local package before publisher handoff. No source commit, deployment, live publication, indexing, coverage or recognition is claimed.

## Four final assessments

These scores were assigned from the final package and retained renders. They are one writer's separate review lenses, not independent human reviews or audience outcomes.

| Review lens | Score / 10 | Specific assessment |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| Editorial originality, voice and publication fit | **9.7** | The piece isolates a distinct post-generation/pre-action failure: a proposal can stay unchanged while material facility context moves. The opening reaches the operating consequence immediately, the middle becomes progressively more concrete and the final section returns to a clear release question. An eight-word shingle screen across 60 long-form local editorial Markdown files found a maximum overlap of **0.2489%**—five ordinary shingles—with the separate organization-boundary article. No exact title, slug, example IDs or tool name existed elsewhere. |
| Technical architecture and evidence precision | **9.7** | Proposal time and release time are separated; evidence, target state, policy, authority and AI-build references have explicit roles; the disposition model does not equate every mismatch with rejection. NIST monitoring/decontextualization, W3C provenance and RFC 9110 preconditions are used within their actual scope. All four official URLs returned HTTP 200, and the HTTP control is explicitly an analogy rather than a claimed facility standard. |
| Self-storage operator utility and truth boundary | **9.7** | Access, dispatch, customer communication and maintenance examples connect architecture to recognizable facility actions without inventing deployments or results. The six-step sequence, detailed 36-column CSV, two-sheet XLSX and responsive four-case tool make the release test usable. Every row is fictional and unexecuted; interactive fields default to `Not run`; guidance prohibits sensitive data and false pass claims. |
| Rendered visual, tool and image quality | **9.6** | Article and responsive tool were rendered at 1280, 390 and 320 pixels. All six runs reported document width equal to viewport width, loaded imagery, zero page errors and no clipped tables. Mobile top/middle/bottom crops were inspected at original resolution; headings, footnotes, card labels, form controls and disclosure remain readable. The XLSX release view and detailed register reopen as 5×12 and 7×36 sheets with working freeze panes; its landscape PDF preview has no clipped columns. PHOTO-058 is 3840×2560 with no embedded author/creator value and retains an explicit AI-generated editorial disclosure. |

All four scores meet the required 9.5 threshold before the single publisher handoff. No score represents publisher acceptance, production quality, public reception or measured operating effectiveness.

## Structural and safety checks

- Article length is inside the 1,800–2,500 evening target. The final scan found no first- or second-person pronouns, self-aware “this article will” language, “game changer,” “revolutionary,” “delve,” “seamless,” “transformative,” “unlock” or slogan-style “it is not X, it is Y” residue.
- The CSV parses as **36 columns** for the header, guidance, blank template and four fictional rows. Nonblank record IDs are unique.
- The XLSX contains a reader-facing **Release view** and a complete **Detailed register**. It reopens successfully with 36 detailed columns, no formulas and therefore no formula errors.
- Article, CSV, XLSX and HTML share the same four dispositions: release, recompute, hand back and expire. The HTML labels all cases fictional, leaves verified disposition at `Not run` and makes no persistence claim.
- The proposed personal-site and modBLOG slugs both returned HTTP 404; WordPress search for the phrase returned an empty array. The personal sitemap/feed, current-day packages and active manuscript corpus were refreshed before selection.
- Direct source requests returned HTTP 200 for the NIST AI RMF Core, NIST AI RMF Playbook, W3C PROV-O and RFC 9110.
- PHOTO-058 is byte-preserved from the governed library at 3840×2560. Alt, caption, crop and disclosure are explicit. It is editorial context, not a real meeting, customer, product or deployment, and it is not an author portrait.
- Research, writing, tool construction, spreadsheet construction, rendering and QA were AI-assisted; the package does not erase that fact.

## Render and release boundaries

Writer-local screenshots in `review-only/` validate the local article/tool presentation, not the selected publisher's production template. The XLSX PDF preview is also a QA artifact, not the primary tool interface. Automated production accessibility, release links/downloads, source/deployment identity and public readback remain publisher gates. No Authority Control Room or discovery identity is allocated before exact live proof.
