# Originality, rights and claim boundary

## Distinct thesis

This package is limited to retrieval evidence authority: which sources an AI workflow was allowed to search, which evidence it actually retrieved, what coverage remained missing, whether the sources supported the claim and which bounded use could be released.

It does not duplicate prior packages about runtime model identity, dead-letter recovery, data freshness, business-time rules, score calibration, event truth, work-order handoff, action authority or source lineage. Those controls may connect to a retrieval receipt, but none replaces it.

## Fictional boundary

Harbor Pine Storage and every facility, record, system, policy, person, time and outcome in the teaching example and CSV are fictional. The package makes no claim about modSTORAGE, Facily.ai, a customer, a facility, a deployment, a model, a performance result or industry adoption.

## Rights and assistance

- Article prose and companion receipt were prepared as an original Jared-authored editorial package with AI-assisted research, drafting and QA.
- The governed image is Jared-owned AI-generated editorial material and is labeled non-documentary in the alt/caption record.
- The article paraphrases official public sources and provides linked attribution. No long quotation or third-party image is reproduced.
- The article is not legal, cybersecurity, privacy or compliance advice and does not claim conformance or certification.

## Single-destination boundary

The complete title, article, Harbor Pine scenario and 44-field receipt are assigned only to Jared's personal authority site. The modSTORAGE WordPress blog must not publish the same package. A later companion requires a materially different title, thesis, structure, examples, tool and wording.
