## Page fields

- Title: A High Score Is Not a Shared Standard: How Self-Storage Teams Should Calibrate AI Across Facilities
- Slug: `ai-score-calibration-across-self-storage-facilities`
- Canonical: `https://jaredmodstorage.github.io/writing/ai-score-calibration-across-self-storage-facilities/`
- Description: A practical self-storage calibration record for deciding whether one AI score or threshold means the same thing across facilities.
- Content type: evidence-bounded `TechArticle`
- Level: Advanced / Expert
- Lead-image alt: Jared Mastroianni listens with two colleagues during an editorially constructed AI design-review meeting.
- Lead-image caption: A shared AI threshold should follow a review of the decision, outcome definition, local evidence, error costs and human authority. Editorial illustration; not a documentary record of a deployment, model result or customer outcome.

## Governed route-local downloads

The seven supplied package files remain byte-exact. The illustration is the governed 3,840-by-2,560 PNG with SHA-256 `5aa6a224294c7426eba866e92c569e6216ff2ea0d05820e1426977ebebe293e1`. It is a Jared-owned AI-generated editorial illustration, not documentary evidence of a real meeting, team, customer, facility, product, deployment, model result or adoption. The full 3:2 frame is preserved without crop or edit. The approved profile portrait remains unchanged and the rejected black-turtleneck portrait is not used.

The WordPress body, WordPress publisher manifest and publisher-readiness review remain in the frozen editorial source package but are not route-local public downloads. They describe a different provider workflow and do not govern this owned-site canonical.

## Source and evidence boundaries

This is Jared Mastroianni's authored proposed score-calibration method. Ridgefield Storage Group and every facility, model, score, threshold, record, person, decision and outcome in the example are fictional. The paper and review do not establish a released Facily.ai or Facily OS capability, modSTORAGE deployment, customer result, provider relationship, product availability, accuracy, performance result, service level, legal or safety conclusion, certification, industry standard, adoption, independent review, crawling, indexing, ranking, coverage, recognition, Wikipedia eligibility or Knowledge Panel outcome.

The six registered sources support only their stated classification-metric, threshold, probability-calibration, bias and risk-management semantics. They do not prescribe or certify this method, prove that any score is a probability, establish cross-facility comparability or supply release authority. Actual operational, customer, safety, financial, employment, privacy, contractual and legal decisions remain subject to qualified owners, approved policies, governing systems and applicable requirements.

## Release and rollback gates

1. Verify the canonical, exact title and score-calibration phrase are absent before release; then add the canonical once to the sitemap and feed.
2. Preserve all seven supplied public package files byte-exact and publish this manifest as the governing owned-site wrapper.
3. Verify all six registered source URLs resolve to their intended authoritative destinations and preserve every limitation.
4. Verify the exact title, description, canonical, visible Jared byline, publication and modification dates, one `TechArticle`, one page-local `ImageObject` and one `BreadcrumbList`.
5. Verify the ImageObject carries the exact 3,840-by-2,560 dimensions, alt, caption, Jared creator and copyright notice, license and rights-inquiry routes, and the AI-generated non-documentary boundary.
6. Verify every route-local download returns HTTP 200 and matches the released bytes.
7. Run desktop, 390-pixel and 320-pixel rendering, accessibility, controls, links, images, performance, overflow and console/page-error checks.
8. Record exact source and deployment commits and trees, prior source and deployment rollback identities, successful Pages run, one-route sitemap/feed delta, hashes and static/live parity.
9. If a metadata, checksum, link, accessibility, image, route or public-readback gate fails, restore the exact prior deployment and verify the prior public route set.
10. Keep owned publication, discovery notification, crawling, indexing, ranking, coverage, recognition, Wikipedia notability and Knowledge Panel state separate.

GitHub and Pages are globally routed providers. This release is not represented as U.S.-origin search or visibility evidence. No IndexNow, Search Console, WordPress, social, external-outreach or ReputationDefender action belongs to this lane.
