## Distinct contribution

This article addresses whether the same AI score and threshold can support the same operating conclusion across self-storage facilities. Its controlling object is a **site-level calibration record** joining score meaning, outcome definition, evaluation population, threshold evidence, error costs, human authority, drift and correction.

It does not repeat the governed work on denominators, reproducible portfolio benchmarks, temporal authority, observation coverage, semantic drift, intervention evidence, model-score handback or the Facility Work Graph. Those works may help establish inputs or operating context; none resolves whether a model output has the same empirical and operational meaning at different facilities.
