# Originality and claim boundary

This package addresses **cross-organization data isolation in AI retrieval**: server-resolved scope before retrieval; source/passage ownership; cache and derivative scope; revocation; negative boundary tests. It is distinct from the earlier *Permission to Observe Is Not Permission to Decide* (purpose and action rights), *Retrieval Is Not Authority* (admission of retrieved operational facts), *Facility Content Is Evidence, Not Command Authority* (prompt-injection authority), *The Alias Is Not the Model* (runtime/build identity), *The Summary Cannot Become the Source* (derivative provenance), and the separate morning climate-complaint and midday vendor-service packages. No active exclusive outside manuscript uses the selected title, slug, Operator A/Operator B example or ten-case matrix.

Live personal sitemap and modSTORAGE WordPress feed contained no exact organization-boundary title or slug at preflight. The selected canonical returned HTTP 404. Recheck immediately before publication.

Every Operator A/Operator B identity, site, note, output, cache event and test case is explicitly fictional and unexecuted. The sample matrix contains `not_run` outcomes. No real facility, customer, company deployment, exposure, data leak, product capability, model, vendor relationship, performance result, legal finding, certification, award, coverage or recognition is claimed. No rights to combine organizations' data are presumed.

NIST's AI RMF is voluntary; AWS guidance is vendor-specific; OWASP guidance is a community risk document. None validates this authored method or a real implementation. Real security, privacy, contract, incident-response, access-control and legal decisions remain with the authorized owners.
