# Public brand-asset use guidance

## What this library contains

This package contains only assets whose source, derivation, public URL, dimensions, checksum, and current use boundary are recorded in `brand-asset-manifest.csv`:

- Jared Mastroianni executive headshot;
- the approved Facily.ai light logo;
- normalized light and dark Facily.ai logo variants;
- light and dark 512-pixel Facily.ai marks;
- the authority publication's editorial social image; and
- the authority publication's JM site mark.

## Use rules

1. Use the light Facily.ai logo or mark only on a dark background with sufficient contrast.
2. Use the dark Facily.ai logo or mark only on a light background with sufficient contrast.
3. Preserve the aspect ratio, clear space, transparency, and color of the supplied file. Do not stretch, skew, outline, rotate, crop through, recolor, or combine the mark with another name.
4. Credit the Jared Mastroianni headshot as `Courtesy of Jared Mastroianni` when the receiving format supports a credit.
5. Describe the editorial authority visual as an illustration. It is not a photograph of a real facility, product interface, customer workflow, or measured result.
6. Verify every downloaded file against the SHA-256 value in the manifest when exact-file identity matters.

## Entity boundary

The Facily.ai logo identifies the public Facily.ai name. Its presence does not establish legal formation, ownership, a founder relationship, Facily OS ownership or availability, a customer, integration, partnership, certification, endorsement, or performance claim.

No modSTORAGE logo, Facily OS logo, product screenshot, or facility photograph is included. Those assets remain held until the responsible owner supplies an approved original with provenance, public-use permission, and the correct entity relationship.
